And all opportunities are open to people with disabilities.GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:The Source-2-Pay Expert (S2P) Team, is part of the department in the Service Center Brazil (SCR- BR), focusses in Projects, Posting Invoices, verifies and executes, transactions with a high level of complexity according to process documentation. Ensures knowledge retention by creating documentation and providing trainings.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Register, verify and execute Invoice Processing transactions with a high level of complexity, according to the process documentation.
- Monitor process exceptions;
- Execute and review controls (process, ICS).
- Improvement Process with Global Business Services.
- Prepare and conduct training;
- Support Team Leader for operational topics.
- Follow up on issues within workflow systems (point of escalation).
- Participate in expert networks
- Position is responsible to management invoice processing with high sensitive impact in business operations, providing an accurate and quality service;
- Position is responsible for new projects and conduct on-site / remote expert trainings, hyper care calls, Q&A sessions.
- Business problem analysis, impact analysis and mitigation design and execution.
- Identification and description of process and tool improvements (demand, change requests).
ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?
- Graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering – Mandatory.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Process Invoice or Tax – Mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge (speaking, writing, and reading) in English and Portuguese – Mandatory.
- Intermediate office knowledge (VLOOKUP and pivot table) – Mandatory.
- Knowledge in Power BI – Mandatory.
- Must be available to be at the São José dos Campo office at least once a week – Mandatory.
- Previous experience with projects focused on automation, Source to Pay, and/or in the TAX area – Mandatory.
- Analytics, Management Skills and Project oriented.
- Deep knowledge in the end-to-end Process Invoice and Accounts Payable – Mandatory.
- Expert knowledge of relevant IT systems (SAP).
- Ability to communicate appropriately, regardless of the situation, with all team members, stakeholders and suppliers.
